Corrections protocol
When a story is corrected, Boost updates the article, appends a dated correction note at the bottom of the piece, and re-renders the sitemap. Major corrections also surface in the ticker rail at the top of the homepage.
Reader requests
Through the contact desk, readers can request an editorial correction, ask a reader question, or request a copy or deletion of their data. Boost replies within two business days.
